Agreement & Platform Boundaries
By interacting with @ProfileIQBot or installing it into a Telegram group, you agree to use the service in accordance with these Terms and the official Telegram Terms of Service. ProfileIQ is designed strictly for community defense, identity verification, and anti-impersonation monitoring.
1. Scope & Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ProfileIQ (@ProfileIQBot), whether through direct messages in Telegram, group chat administrator features, inline queries, or the website at https://profileiq.dns.army.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using the bot and remove it from any groups you administer.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
ProfileIQ is provided to empower group administrators and users to maintain genuine community safety. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:
- Use ProfileIQ for harassment, defamation, intimidation, stalking, or doxxing of any individual.
- Attempt to bypass daily query quotas, rate limits, or security controls via multi-account automation or bot networks.
- Scrape, mass-extract, or harvest ProfileIQ data for commercial sale, broker databases, or unlawful surveillance.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of ProfileIQ’s servers, web endpoints, or Telegram transport.
3. Fair Use Quotas & Operational Limits
To ensure reliable uptime and prevent denial-of-service abuse across all participating Telegram communities, user query volumes are governed by automated fair-use quotas:
- Daily Lookups: Each Telegram user account receives a free daily lookup quota reset every 24 hours (viewable via
/myaccount). - Pagination is Free: Navigating through pages of an existing query result does not consume additional quota units.
- Abuse Mitigation: We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access for accounts that generate malicious request bursts or automated spam.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
ProfileIQ is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Identity records represent strictly what our authorized bots observed in groups and interactions. ProfileIQ cannot and does not guarantee that an account has never used an unobserved display name outside our coverage scope. ProfileIQ is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Telegram FZ-LLC.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProfileIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the bot or data provided.
5. Modifications, Termination & Inquiries
We reserve the right to modify these Terms as necessary to reflect operational, legal, or Telegram API changes. Notice of significant changes will be reflected directly on this page.
Group administrators may terminate service at any time simply by removing @ProfileIQBot from their group. For inquiries regarding these Terms or account status, contact us directly via Telegram DM.
